As a quick reminder: before building what comes next at momoGood, I want to listen. Each survey in this series drills into one key topic within workplace impact, and this one is about volunteering. I want to understand the real value of employee volunteering — how it shapes satisfaction, culture, and hiring, how people actually discover and engage with opportunities, and what separates a good program from a truly impactful one.
